\"001\"<\/a>I was in Denver recently.\u00a0It is a beautiful city set in beautiful surroundings. \u00a0There is a strip of antique stores on South Broadway and the area is coined “Antiques Row”. \u00a0I trolled the shops but didn’t buy any new pieces of glass.<\/p>\n

However….I have recently been thinking about this stem. \u00a0I came across a pattern that resembled this particular etch\u00a0at Replacements.com awhile back when I was searching for an identification for another piece. \u00a0It is what they are calling BAC61<\/a> by Baccarat. \u00a0I’ve gone back and forth on the etch for ages. \u00a0The blank is not the same, but the designs are very close. \u00a0I don’t have the glass at hand to compare as it is likely in a box in the garage. \u00a0But they do look very similar.<\/p>\n

Patterns always look slightly different on differing shapes of course. \u00a0But…..perhaps this piece is no longer an unknown.<\/p>\n

\"002<\/a>I’ve never seen this etch before. \u00a0I picked this single glass up recently. \u00a0The bowl is small – likely a sherry, but it is still tall. \u00a0It has a very attractive stem. \"\"<\/a>\u00a0I know I’ve seen the stem before, but just can’t place the company. \u00a0It kind of reminds me of stems that I have that are imports from Europe. \u00a0I’d love to hear from someone about the provenance.<\/p>\n
