One of my three favourite kids (I have three all together) lives far away in British Columbia. \u00a0She has moved from university, to a number of different towns\/cities and apartments over the past three years. \u00a0Boxes get unpacked, or not. \u00a0Recently we were chatting about her next move and her unpacked boxes. \u00a0I asked her if she needed any wine glasses. \u00a0She has what I last sent her and some odds and sods. \u00a0Well! \u00a0We can’t have that. \"\"<\/a>\u00a0I did think of sending her some really nice ones, but decided that while she is appreciative, she is still only 24, as are her pals. \u00a0So……I went out to a nearby Value Village and bought seven of these stems ($2.99 each). \u00a0They are unsigned and I haven’t had any luck identifying them. \u00a0There are just way too many cut patterns and they look so similar. \u00a0\"\"<\/a>Plus..you never see a complete inventory in any reference book or website. \u00a0They are quite bright, I imagine they have a decent lead content, with a pretty ring. \u00a0I like the substance and shape of the stem. \u00a0I don’t imagine that they are old – maybe 1980s. \u00a0If someone can tell me – I’d be grateful. \u00a0Now to get them wrapped properly and into a box!<\/p>\n
