Water Goblets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/056.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2908\" alt=\"056\" src=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/056-169x300.jpg\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/056-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/056.jpg 408w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/a>I was getting ready to post this water goblet and thought I&#8217;d add to any earlier Fry postings. \u00a0I wonder if I still have these sherberts. \u00a0I have a big TV cabinet with a recessed top and tend to store sherberts up there (where they can get nice and dusty!) \u00a0I&#8217;ll have to look.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, same etch DE (Deep Etch) 107. \u00a0I have found out that the blank is Fry&#8217;s line #5119. \u00a0Can&#8217;t recall where I bought these two pieces. \u00a0But I still have the dog with steak thing going on when I see this pattern!<\/p>\n<p>p.s. \u00a0The yellow Lucite necklace now belongs to one of my daughters!<\/p>\n<p>_____________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p>Original post &#8211; May 30, 2012<\/p>\n<p>We took a beautiful drive up to Port Perry yesterday. \u00a0There are two great vintage consignment stores on the main drag. \u00a0At the first I bought a pretty yellow Lucite necklace. \u00a0At the second, I added to my collection of sherberts. \u00a0Got four (one with chips) for $10.00. \u00a0I snatched them off the shelf like a dog going for a steak. \u00a0I knew I already owned some DE 107, but couldn&#8217;t recall the blank. \u00a0Wouldn&#8217;t have mattered, I would have bought them anyway!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve shown this pattern in another stem. \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/0081.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1151\" title=\"008\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/0081-266x300.jpg\" width=\"266\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/0081-266x300.jpg 266w, https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/0081-910x1024.jpg 910w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 266px) 100vw, 266px\" \/><\/a>Saw this recently in Oshawa. \u00a0I was sorry that I sold the earlier stems and jumped at the chance to buy this. \u00a0You don&#8217;t see Fry stems kicking around very often.<\/p>\n<p>These pieces were produced in 1917. \u00a0 \u00a0I call it a low sherbert, but replacements.com has a different stem that they call the low sherbert.<\/p>\n<p>The optic is wide and called a &#8216;rib&#8217;
