\"021\"<\/a>This past weekend was a long weekend in Canada. \u00a0One of my lovely daughters (and my grandbeagle) \u00a0came to visit and we spent some time in Orono, where they were having an antique sidewalk sale.<\/p>\n

I bought her a green tumbler with a thumbprint pressed pattern. \u00a0What was I thinking???? \u00a0I didn’t get a photo of it! \u00a0I will have to ask her for one.<\/p>\n

I actually didn’t buy one thing, surprisingly. \u00a0There was a beautiful pitcher with a pheasant etch….but it was damaged and I decided that I would ultimately be unhappy with the damage.\"022\"<\/a><\/p>\n

But in our travels I picked up this piece at a church thrift shop. \u00a0I have no idea if it is old. \u00a0It is fragile, the glass is thin. \u00a0I was taken with the vibrant colour and the swirl pattern. \u00a0The photo doesn’t do the piece justice as you can’t see the variation in colour. \u00a0It is yellow with a lime tint.<\/p>\n
