\"009\"<\/a>Never did buy the console bowl and…..I sold the piece.\u00a0 I’ve long been sorry that I sold it, although I don’t really know why since I do not collect flower frogs.<\/p>\n

In any event I wanted to post this again in order to point to this site that I came across today – Black Poppy Glass<\/a>.\u00a0 The site owners have a huge collection of beautiful pieces, including a large collection of Cambridge’s flower frogs.\u00a0 Definitely worth a look as there are colours and shapes, not often seen.<\/p>\n

Original Post – June 28, 2013<\/p>\n

I am on vacation – yippie! \u00a0We are off on a road trip soon and I am certain that I will be picking up some treasures along the way. \u00a0I took the day off to work in the garden, but it rained all day! \u00a0I could have done laundry and packed, but decided to hit the local thrift and antique shops.<\/p>\n

Now….I don’t need anything and haven’t bought a thing for ages, but….I couldn’t resist this pretty piece\"011\"<\/a>. \u00a0It’s an 8 1\/2 inch figural flower frog. \u00a0I’ve never owned one, so…I thought, well….why not?<\/p>\n

The photos don’t really reflect the attractiveness of this piece.<\/p>\n

Now I need to find a pink console bowl.<\/p>\n
