Two weeks was a nice long break. \u00a0But in the end, home is best!<\/p>\n<p>We made lots of thrift shop stops and visited a number of antique stores. \u00a0Since we were flying I was somewhat limited as to the items I could bring home. \u00a0Nonetheless, a few treasures were transplanted!<\/p>\n<p>These are likely the &#8216;crowning glory&#8217;. \u00a0I bought five of these water goblets at a very nice shop called <a href=\"http:\/\/pineapplepattisantiques.com\/\">Pineapple Pattis<\/a>\u00a0near Fort Pierce, Florida. \u00a0They also had the sherberts\/champagnes, but I really only wanted the goblets. \u00a0I honestly likely would have bought the others as well, if I had more room.<a href=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Fostoria-Spartan-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3276\" src=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Fostoria-Spartan-2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Fostoria Spartan (2)\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Fostoria-Spartan-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Fostoria-Spartan-2.jpg 482w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>These are Fostoria&#8217;s etch #80, called Spartan, on stem #5097. \u00a0The green is very pretty.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/chataboutdg.com\/\">Elegant and Everyday Glass Forum<\/a> has posted a copy of the patent for this stem. \u00a0It was\u00a0filed by Frank D.
