Pretty &#8211; matches the platter.<\/p>\n<p>_______________________<\/p>\n<p>Original post &#8211; March 30, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>I have other clear Iris pieces, <a href=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/005-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-945\" title=\"005 (3)\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/005-3-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/005-3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/005-3-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>but this is the first in the iridescent. \u00a0Very pretty. \u00a0The irises have a bluish-purple cast to them in the light. \u00a0This is a 12 inch sandwich plate. \u00a0I have just picked it up and haven&#8217;t used it yet. \u00a0But&#8230;I think it will be pretty used outside on the deck when the weather gets nice. \u00a0 I have a Fire King marigold cup and saucer, but no other iridescent pieces (yet). <a href=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/007-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-946\" title=\"007 (3)\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/007-3-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/007-3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/007-3-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>\u00a0I think the iris glasses would also be pretty in the iridescent. \u00a0I&#8217;ll have to keep my eyes open.<\/p>\n<div id=\"wp_fb_like_button\" style=\"margin:5px 0;float:none;height:100px;\"><script src=\"http:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/all.js#xfbml=1\"><\/script><fb:like href=\"https:\/\/grannysglasses.com\/?p=947\" send=\"true\" layout=\"standard\" width=\"450\" show_faces=\"true\" font=\"arial\" action=\"like\" colorscheme=\"light\"><\/fb:like><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Picked up this 10 inch fruit bowl recently. \u00a0Nice beaded edging.
