Isn’t this compote pretty with Christmas balls in it? I actually think blue and silver would be nicer, but I have so many red and green details in the living room. Northwood Hearts and Flowers compote (already shown).

I know Brighton. Once in a blue moon we head up to the auction. I’ve acquired a few pieces there and some flow blue china. I like that coffee shop on the main drag that has antiques. My husband bought a child’s driveable fire engine there. I tend to think of cities and towns in terms of where I’v bought things!
Those will be gorgeous acquisitions. I’d never seen this pattern before. Since I bought this piece I’ve tracked the pattern online myself but haven’t picked anything else up. The electric blue is spectacular as well.
Do you ever get up to Orono? Depending on what you collect, there is one shop in particular that carries alot of glass.

Nice piece of Northwood Hearts & Flowers – i just started picking up pieces myself. Have two ice blue ruffled bowls coming in the mail. That was a nice find – i get into Cobourg myself quite ofen looking for my glass. have a good Christmas!!
