Although cigarette smoking is considered unattractive by many people (including myself) I can remember a time when I was young when it was completely acceptable.

People had various containers for their cigarettes.  No one I knew had really fancy ones, like this one, but I can visualize this standing in someone’s house with cigarettes standing up in it.

This piece was made by Cambridge Glass.  It is from line #1337.  It is Cambridge’s Gold Krystol colour.

It could be used as a little vase.

I like the twist in the stem and the way the base turns up.
