I bought this pretty piece online  It was advertised as Northwood Smooth Rays pattern.  The vendor said that it had Northwood’s “Alaskan” finish which gave it a particular shine.  Hard to capture in the photos.

It IS pretty, I love the dark green glass, but now that I have it I am not convinced it is Northwood.  It is not signed, nor does it have the Northwood “button”.  As well I can’t find the shape in Northwood’s or Fenton’s Smooth Ray pieces.

Of course I should have investigated more fully before I bought it, but it wasn’t expensive and now I have something more to investigate!
