Last month we took a little trip down to the Poconos.  We meandered down and back through upstate New York.  One of the best antiquing trips that we have taken in a long time.  Picked up lots of fun and pretty glass items.

I recommend the great places we visited which included:  the Syracuse Antiques Exchange, the Clarence Hollow Antique Mall, the Premier Antique Center, Ontario Mall Antiques, and Early Owego Antique Center.

This 5 part relish is one of the pieces.  I didn’t know what it was when I saw it but it is in wonderful condition and the glass just shines.  Very pretty piece.

Didn’t take long to identify it as Paden City’s relish – line # 220 – Largo.  The decoration is Lotus Glass’ Bridal Bouquet etch – #0906.

It is a heavy piece, almost 3 pounds on its own.  Looks gorgeous in front of the birthday flowers sent by my wonderful daughter.
