I have no idea why I bought this. It isn’t really something that appeals to me at all. But over the years I have seen these top hats and thought they were cute. I guess finally I saw one at the right price (can’t recall what that was).
This is large enough to put a teeny plant into. I won’t be doing that. 
I have had two indoor plants for years, and that’s all the greenery that I can manage to maintain!
The “Daisy and Button” of course refers to the pattern.

Picked up this little basket in the Paneled Grape Pattern. Cute little thing, perfect for a dresser top, for rings or earrings.
I came across it with floral handpainted details as well.

Doesn’t this piece have interesting details? There’s lots going on here – it’s footed with a paneled stem; the rim is cupped; scalloping on the lower edge of the ball; and, of course all the grapes and leaves.
This is a heavy, solid piece of milk glass in the Paneled Grape pattern – line #1881.
I gather that Westmoreland produced Paneled Grape pieces in a multitude of colours with a variety of decorations. I have only ever seen milk glass pieces.

Isn’t this pretty? This piece of Westmoreland Glass is also from the popular Paneled Grape #1881 line. You can see the details of the grapes and leaves at the base of the vase.
It has been handpainted with pink roses, and little sprigs of another blue flower.
I haven’t used this yet, but I bet it displays beautifully with purple flowers.
