Here is an etch that I think is more commonly seen in the United Kingdom.  I had picked up stems for ages and hadn’t been able to identify it until I came across a photo on ebay.  Then I ordered the publication -Pall Mall Glass by Hugo Wildblood.  I learned that these glasses were made in the first half of the 20th century.  They were made by various factories and that the high quality pieces were attributed to Kosta.  There are a number of pieces available.  I have three or four shapes.  Very pretty.
