It’s funny how events unfold. I picked up two of these stems recently. I rarely buy two of anything any more, but they were of interest and I hadn’t seen the pattern.
Lo and behold I came across two more a couple weeks later! I prefer to have a set of four for use or to sell. Now…I best make sure they ARE the same. I think the last two are still in a bag somewhere.
This is the pattern Jap Lily. The Elegant and Everyday Glass Forum dates this piece from 1918-1934.
