This piece reminds me, in a non-gross way, of the gross shots of the Alien in the Alien film series.  There are some shots of rib like waves that are obviously some part of the Aliens’ bodies.

Having said that…this is a pretty piece.  I’ve had it for awhile and just got around to photographing it.

I think there are a number of companies that may have made this piece.  It is not marked.  I suspect it was made in the fifties or sixties.

Pretty sure I’ll never identify it.
