You know how you look at something every day and kind of appreciate it….but if you really look at it, you realize how utterly appealing it is to you?

Well…..this is how I feel about this egg cup.  It sits on the window sill of my home office, which is really my tv room, glasstorium and all around messy place to hang out.

Every morning I come into my office upon awakening.  I check my email, send email and check a variety of other sites.  At this time of the year I have to turn on the lights.  On my window sill are a few things that I haven’t put away somewhere…or…that I just enjoy seeing.  This is one of the ‘enjoyable’ items.  It is signed with Imperial’s <IG> mark.

I can’t remember where I bought this, although I think it was on a trip home to Fort Erie.

Don’t know why it appeals to me, but it does, even though I own far more gorgeous items.  I do have to wonder about the eggs that are supposed to fit in this cup.  It is a huge space.  I think the suitable eggs are somewhere between a goose egg and that of an ostrich!
