I have been picking up these little glasses one or two at a time for awhile. They are dainty, delicate and pretty.
They are also tiny. I think they would be considered small liqueur glasses. I read somewhere that they are also called pony glasses. Can’t remember why.
I have seven of three different shapes and etches. But they look nice together. No idea where any of them came from.

Val St. Lambert Cristalleries of Belgium was founded by Messieurs Kemlin and Lelievre in 1825 and is still in operation. The company is the official glassware supplier to His Majesty King Albert II of Belgium.
I gather that they are well known for their cut and colourful table and decorative glassware.
I came across these pieces in Deseronto at Karen Brown’s Antiques & Collectibles. I have water goblets and a decanter, but haven’t gotten around to the photos yet.
I have seen photos of this stem in cobalt cut to clear as well.
There is an interesting 2007 online article – How Do You Know It’s Val_Saint-Lambert? – that has some gorgeous photos of Val St. Lambert pieces and shots of lookalikes from other companies.
These are very attractive stems.

I posted this etch in small juice glasses awhile back. I still think this is a pretty uncommon etch. I don’t think they are pretty. I can say that they are handsome. 
I do think that people who like an Art Deco/Art Nouveau look will find these appealing.
