Spread the love

I bought these pieces at a local auction in Newtonville in a box lot of Depression glass.  I haven’t done anything with them as I have a collection of creamers and sugars that I change up on a regular basis.  They’ve been collecting dust in a cupboard.

These pieces were made by the Federal Glass Company between 1933-1939.  They are called Normandie and/or Bouquet & Lattice – a more descriptive name.

The iridescent colour is quite pretty.  I think these pieces are very showy, particularly for an autumn decorating palette.  They were also produced in pink, but I don’t have any in the pink, or any plans to acquire any!
