This is a cute little piece and definitely reminds me of serving ware that would have been on tables when I was young (way back in the 1960s!).
It is marked with Federal’s “F” in a shield.
The gold pattern is called Meadow Gold for obvious reasons I suppose.

This piece was signed so it wasn’t difficult to identify the maker, and I knew the cutting of course. But I have had no luck identifying the line number for the shape.
I have two Corn Flower/Cornflower references and neither show this shape. No one at the Elegant and Everyday Glass Forum responded to my query either. Must not be a common line.
I guess it doesn’t really matter, but inquiring minds like to know these things!

I’ve posted a number of pieces of Federal Glass’ Madrid pattern. I’m comfortable that those pieces are all Depression era originals.
However these plates are definitely reproductions. The pattern is similar, but not quite right. The quality of the photo precludes pointing out the flaws. I pulled out my Warman’s Depression Glass Guide and could see where the pattern just doesn’t align.
Nonetheless, the colour is very pretty. My guy bought these at an auction. 
The auctioneer was honest and told him that they were repros. But he liked the colour too.
