These two stems are not really my ‘thing’. I picked them up at a Value Village and figured, once I saw the Waterford mark, that they would be identifiable.
Turns out that Waterford produced a series of these flutes with different toasting symbols. On these stems there are five symbols, which I have read, are intended to signify happiness, love (the heart), prosperity (a wheat sheaf I think), health and peace (the dove). I don’t understand the other symbols.
Very pretty for a wedding.
