I’m having trouble with my photos these days. For some reason I have lost the functionality to size and position my photos. Sorry…everything seems to be large now!
In any event…….I thought it would be easy to identify this piece. It reminded me of many ribbed vases that I have seen, but I haven’t tracked this one down yet. Just a matter of time, I bet!

I’ve posted a number of pieces of Federal Glass’ Madrid pattern. I’m comfortable that those pieces are all Depression era originals.
However these plates are definitely reproductions. The pattern is similar, but not quite right. The quality of the photo precludes pointing out the flaws. I pulled out my Warman’s Depression Glass Guide and could see where the pattern just doesn’t align.
Nonetheless, the colour is very pretty. My guy bought these at an auction. 
The auctioneer was honest and told him that they were repros. But he liked the colour too.

I think I have mentioned that my wonderful eldest child decided to use white and blue Pyrex dishes that I bought her awhile back as her ‘set’. So she put the call out for white side pieces. I was so happy to have a purpose for purchasing!
I picked up the milkglass Lily Pons bowl I posted awhile back, and these two bowls, also from Indiana Glass. The pattern is called Wild Rose. According to the wonderful Indiana Glass/Carnival Heaven site, this pattern was also called Wild Rose and Leaves and Gloria Anne.
It’s hard to tell from the photos, but the bottom centre of the large bowl is almost transluscent.
According to Replacements, the small bowl is a ‘fruit cocktail’. I thought that it might have been an individual nut bowl.
In any event….does the child want any of them? No.
