I have posted this etch 
previously, but wanted to show these teensy, weensy stems. They are only 3 1/2 inches tall with a 1 1/2 inch opening. I am guessing they are liqueurs. Only a thimble full of liquid would fit into these glasses. I’d not seen these stems before in this etch. Can’t recall where I bought them. Someday 
when I get organized I’ll likely sell them (I have 5) but in the interim I enjoy their petiteness – if that’s a real word!

I’ve already posted a piece of Hazel-Atlas’ Florentine No. 2. This piece was in a box lot (as was the other). Hazel-Atlas made these Depression pieces in the early to mid-thirties. The difference between number 1 and 2 is explained by SuzieMax (a great source of information) –
“The pattern is the same on both patterns – the outlines and/or shapes of the items are different. The patterns are considered to be interchangeable and most collectors mix both patterns together.
In Florentine No. 1 the plates and bowls are squared with ruffled or serrated corners. The feet on cups, sugars, creamers, sherbets, footed tumblers are also all ruffled. In Florentine No. 2 all edges are smooth and rounded. “
It does have a pretty edge.

I bought this pretty bowl, old/new, on the cheap. I have no idea how old/new it is. It’s definitely cut to clear. But I don’t know 
what the ‘red’ is. It is cute. I think it is a small rose bowl. It would be a challenge to float a rose – it would have to be a very small rose and you wouldn’t be able to see it because of the colour!
This is sitting on the window ledge in my office catching rays. Looks pretty. A couple of love birds!
