I bought this pretty bowl, old/new, on the cheap.  I have no idea how old/new it is.  It’s definitely cut to clear.  But I don’t know what the ‘red’ is.  It is cute.  I think it is a small rose bowl.  It would be a challenge to float a rose – it would have to be a very small rose and you wouldn’t be able to see it because of the colour!

This is sitting on the window ledge in my office catching rays.  Looks pretty.  A couple of love birds!
