My guy and his pal went to an auction awhile back.  They have the okay to buy any needle or plate etched pieces for me, if the price is right. The pal stayed and picked up a box lot of pieces.  Unfortunately alot of them were chipped but I still scooped a number of pretty pieces including this one.

I believe it’s a candy dish.  I am not certain if the lid belongs to the dish, but it fits perfectly.  I have posted it and asked for ID help, but no luck so far.  Someone suggested that it could be a Tiffin piece, but I have not identified the blank or etch.

I like the shape very much.
