Four of these stems were part of the Thomas Webb Regency auction purchase.  I have to admit that pinwheel completely stymies me.  There is so much of it, and the differences are often subtle.  I have no idea if there is good documentation on the various manufacturers.

They are not really my ‘thing’, but I can appreciate that they are pretty and have a nice stem.
