The photos absolutely do not do these stems justice. The green is a deep, rich shade. Very pretty.
I bought these on our Florida ramble at Pineapple Pattis in Fort Pierce. (Stop by when you are in the area). I got five. Unfortunately the sixth was chipped. They had sherbert/champagnes too, but I took a pass on them. Now…I am a wee sorry. But we were flying and I didn’t want the bother of packing things up myself, so I didn’t buy them. I did ask about the store’s shipping, but even they said the cost was unreasonable. Anyway – they might still be there!
These pieces were produced from 1927-1940. You don’t see the water goblets online often.
Fostoria’s “Green” is very attractive and these glasses look great on a shelf in my blue hued office.
