Isn`t this pretty.  I bought 14 of these pieces and I hope to sell them to someone who is looking for a gorgeous wedding present.

I have never owned anything in the Romance etch before.  It is very much like Fostoria`s June etch.  I gather however  that Romance was never made in colors, while June was made in pink, blue, yellow and green I think (I used to own a blue bowl which I am now sorry that I sold!)  The blank used is different and if you look at the pattern closely enough you can see the differences between the ribbons.

Romance was produced between 1942 – 1971, while June had earlier production years – 1928 – 1951.  

Very lovely and would great at the head table of a wedding!
